→ Base Ingredients

01 - 2 tablespoons spirulina powder
02 - 2 cups milk
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 1/2 cup chia seeds
05 - 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Add the spirulina powder, milk, and vanilla to a mixing bowl and stir until completely smooth with no lumps.
02 - Add the chia seeds and honey (if using). Stir thoroughly with a fork or whisk to combine. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
03 - Re-cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until thickened to a pudding consistency.
04 - Distribute the pudding evenly among four small jars. Seal tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

# Notes:

02 - The pudding can be topped with fresh fruit, granola, or coconut flakes before serving.
