Spicy Cucumber Tomato Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 pint grape tomatoes, sliced in half
02 - 1 English cucumber, sliced
03 - ½ red onion, thinly sliced

→ Cheese & Herbs

04 - 1 cup crumbled Feta cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

→ Spicy Dressing

06 - ½ cup olive oil
07 - ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
09 - 1 tablespoon sugar
10 - 1 teaspoon Dan-O's Original Seasoning
11 - 2 teaspoons Dan-O's Spicy Seasoning
12 - ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
13 - ½ teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Place cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion in a large bowl. Set aside.
02 - In a mason jar with a lid or small bowl, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, Dan-O's seasonings, salt, and pepper. Blend together until smooth. Pour ½ of the dressing over the vegetables and toss.
03 - Add crumbled Feta Cheese and parsley, drizzle on more dressing if needed, then toss to combine. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
04 - Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
