Hot Honey Parmesan Carrots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Produce

01 - 1 1/2 pounds carrots, peeled

→ Dairy

02 - 1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

→ Oils & Vinegars

03 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

→ Seasonings

04 - 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/8 teaspoon salt

→ Condiments

07 - 1 tablespoon hot honey

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut carrots crosswise into 4 cm pieces. Cut each piece in half lengthwise and transfer to a medium bowl.
02 - Add Parmesan, oil, garlic, onion powder and salt to the carrots; toss well to coat. Arrange the carrots, cut-sides down, in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
03 - Bake until the carrots are tender and the cheese is golden brown and crispy, 25 to 30 minutes.
04 - Transfer the carrots to a serving dish. Drizzle evenly with hot honey.

# Notes:

01 - For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mixture.
