Halloween Oreo Layered Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1 package brownie mix
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil
04 - 1/3 cup milk

→ Filling & Toppings

05 - 1 package Halloween Oreos (with orange filling)
06 - 1 can milk chocolate frosting
07 - 1 can white or vanilla frosting
08 - Orange food coloring gel

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch (23×23 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on sides for easy removal.
02 - In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and milk. Mix on medium speed until smooth and well-incorporated.
03 - Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly to corners.
04 - Arrange Halloween Oreos in a single layer on top of the brownie batter, covering the entire surface.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
06 - Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
07 - While brownies cool, prepare the orange frosting. Scrape the filling from approximately 10 Oreos and add to the white/vanilla frosting along with 1 teaspoon of orange food coloring gel. Mix until fully combined and evenly colored.
08 - Spread the orange frosting in an even layer over the cooled brownies. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
09 - Remove from refrigerator and spread the milk chocolate frosting over the orange layer. Crumble remaining Oreos and sprinkle evenly across the top.
10 - Cut into 3×2-inch squares and serve. For clean cuts, use a knife dipped in hot water and wiped clean between slices.

# Notes:

01 - For a more vibrant orange color, you might need to adjust the amount of food coloring depending on the brand you're using.
02 - Store leftover brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
