# Ingredients:

01 - 340g shredded Mexican blend cheese
02 - 8 hard shell tacos
03 - 8 fajita size flour tortillas
04 - 450g cooked taco meat

05 - Shredded lettuce
06 - Shredded cheese
07 - Sour cream
08 - Taco sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 200°C (400°F).
02 - Distribute flour tortillas evenly between two baking sheets.
03 - Divide cheese evenly between flour tortillas.
04 - Place one hard shell taco in the center of each flour tortilla.
05 - Bake for 5 minutes until cheese begins to melt.
06 - While shells are baking, cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in taco seasoning.
07 - Carefully fold the cheesy flour tortilla around the crispy taco shell until it adheres completely.
08 - Fill tacos with prepared taco meat, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and taco sauce.
