# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat, low-fat, or fat-free)
02 - 2 large eggs

→ Seasonings

03 - ¾ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

→ For Baking

05 - Cooking spray for baking sheet

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
02 - In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
03 - Add seasonings of choice (garlic powder, Italian seasoning) and mix well.
04 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking oil.
05 - Pour the mixture onto the sheet and spread evenly into a thin layer.
06 - Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
07 - Let it cool completely before removing it from the parchment paper.
