Cheesy Double Beef Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds ground beef
02 - 1 medium onion, diced
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon cumin
07 - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
08 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
09 - 1 ounce packet taco seasoning mix
10 - ½ cup water
11 - 4 ounce diced green chilies
12 - 15 ounce can nacho cheese sauce
13 - 5.6 ounce package Knorr Mexican rice
14 - 3 cups Colby jack cheese, shredded
15 - 3.5 ounce package Santa Fe style tortilla strips
16 - 1 cup sour cream
17 - 10 flour tortillas, burrito size

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet or cast iron pan, over medium heat, add ground beef, onions, and seasonings. Stir to combine. Cook until the meat is no longer pink and onions are tender. Add garlic and diced green chilies. Continue to cook for 2 additional minutes. Drain and return to the pan. Sprinkle with taco seasoning mix and add water. Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
02 - Cook rice according to package directions. Set aside.
03 - Heat nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan.
04 - Warm tortillas and add beef, nacho cheese, rice, shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla strips. Wrap into a burrito.
05 - Grill burritos on the stovetop if desired for a crispy exterior.

# Notes:

01 - These burritos can be made ahead and frozen for quick meals. Simply wrap in foil and reheat in the oven when ready to serve.
