Cheesesteak Style Sloppy Joes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 onion, finely chopped
03 - 1 green pepper, finely chopped
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Condiments

05 - 1/4 cup ketchup
06 - 1/4 cup steak sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

09 - 4 hamburger buns
10 - 8 slices provolone cheese

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain the excess fat.
02 - Add the onion, green pepper, and garlic to the skillet, and cook until the vegetables are soft and the onion is translucent.
03 - Stir in the ketchup, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce is thickened and the meat mixture is fully coated.
04 - Place a slice of provolone cheese on the bottom half of each hamburger bun. Spoon the meat mixture onto the cheese, and top it with another slice of provolone cheese. Add the top half of the bun to complete the sandwich.
