# Ingredients:

→ Dry Base

01 - 1 cup rolled oats

→ Binding Agents

02 - 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
03 - 1 ripe banana, mashed
04 - 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Mix-ins

06 - 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
07 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, natural peanut butter, mashed banana, and honey or maple syrup. Stir thoroughly until well incorporated.
02 - Fold in the chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips (if using), and vanilla extract until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
03 - Using clean hands, scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch diameter balls.
04 - Arrange the formed energy bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm.
05 - Transfer chilled energy bites to an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to one week.
