Sugar-Free Lemonade with Thyme (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups water, divided
02 - 6 tablespoons powdered Stevia
03 - 10 sprigs fresh thyme or lemon thyme, plus additional for garnish
04 - 2 cups fresh lemon juice
05 - Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Place 2 cups of water and the powdered Stevia in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
02 - Once simmering, stir until the Stevia dissolves completely. Add the thyme sprigs, cover, and turn off the heat.
03 - When the thyme mixture has cooled to room temperature, strain into a pitcher filled with ice cubes. Stir in the remaining 2 cups of water and lemon juice. Garnish with lemon slices and additional thyme sprigs if desired.
