Place 2 cups of water and the powdered Stevia in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Once simmering, stir until the Stevia dissolves completely. Add the thyme sprigs, cover, and turn off the heat.

When the thyme mixture has cooled to room temperature, strain into a pitcher filled with ice cubes. Stir in the remaining 2 cups of water and lemon juice. Garnish with lemon slices and additional thyme sprigs if desired.
