Dark Chocolate Hummus S'mores (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Components

01 - 4 graham crackers, halved
02 - 8 tablespoons Boar's Head Dark Chocolate Dessert Hummus
03 - 4 marshmallow squares, whole

→ Garnish

04 - Crushed almonds (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Pre-heat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Place half of the graham crackers on a cookie sheet.
03 - Spread 1 tablespoon of Dark Chocolate Hummus on each graham cracker.
04 - Place a marshmallow on top of each chocolate-spread graham cracker.
05 - Top each marshmallow with an additional tablespoon of Dark Chocolate Hummus.
06 - Bake until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
07 - Remove from the oven and top with the remaining graham crackers, pressing down slightly to make a sandwich.
08 - Enjoy immediately while still warm. Sprinkle with crushed almonds if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For a campfire version, toast marshmallows over an open flame until golden and assemble s'mores as directed, omitting the baking step.
