Vegan Shortbread Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
02 - 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
03 - 1 cup all purpose flour (gluten free, if needed)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, mix together softened vegan butter with powdered sugar until completely combined. Gently fold in the flour and mix thoroughly until a thick dough forms. Press the mixture together to form a smooth ball.
03 - Using your hands, form 12 balls of dough and place on the lined baking sheet. Press down on each one to create a cookie shape. If desired, use a cookie stamp to create a decorative pattern.
04 - Bake the cookies for 15-17 minutes, or until the edges begin to turn golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet.
