Tiramisu Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200g ladyfingers (savoiardi)
02 - 125ml brewed espresso, cooled
03 - 250g mascarpone cheese
04 - 60g powdered sugar
05 - 15g cocoa powder, plus extra for dusting
06 - 15ml coffee liqueur (optional)
07 - 5ml vanilla extract
08 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Crush the ladyfingers in a food processor until they form fine crumbs.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
03 - Add the coffee liqueur and cooled espresso to the mascarpone mixture and stir until well combined.
04 - Gradually fold in the ladyfinger crumbs until the mixture is homogenous.
05 - Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about the size of a walnut.
06 - Place the balls on a lined tray and dust generously with cocoa powder.
07 - Refrigerate the Tiramisu Balls for at least 30 minutes to set, or serve immediately for a softer texture.
