# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (15.25 ounce) box strawberry cake mix
02 - 1 large egg
03 - ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter, melted
04 - 3 tablespoons heavy cream
05 - 1 cup white chocolate chips

→ Frosting Layer

06 - 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, room temperature
07 - ⅓ cup powdered sugar
08 - ⅓ cup sour cream
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 - 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping

→ Topping

11 - 36 vanilla sandwich cookies
12 - ¼ cup strawberry syrup
13 - Fresh strawberries, optional garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with baking spray.
02 - In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth and combined.
03 - Fold in the white chocolate chips and spread the mixture into an even layer in the prepared baking pan.
04 - Bake for 18-23 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool to room temperature.
05 - In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand or stand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
06 - Beat in the sour cream and vanilla extract until combined. Lightly fold in the whipped topping.
07 - Spread the frosting mixture evenly over the cooled brownies.
08 - Place the vanilla sandwich cookies in a food processor and pulse until roughly crumbled. Add strawberry syrup and pulse until evenly coated.
09 - Sprinkle the cookie mixture over the frosted brownies. Cut into squares and serve, or chill until ready to serve.
