→ Stuffing & Cooking

10 - 225g mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
11 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined, being careful not to over-mix to maintain tenderness.
02 - Take 1-2 tablespoons of meat mixture and flatten in your palm. Place a mozzarella cube in the center, then carefully wrap the meat around it, sealing completely. Roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture and cheese.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until browned all over and cooked through.
04 - Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping or over pasta. Garnish with additional Parmesan and fresh basil if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, chill the meatballs for 30 minutes before cooking to help them hold their shape.
02 - Ensure the mozzarella is fully sealed inside to prevent cheese from leaking during cooking.
