Slow Cooker Tuscan Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz penne pasta
02 - 1 cup heavy cream
03 - 1 cup chicken broth
04 - 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
05 - 2 cups fresh spinach
06 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste
10 - Fresh basil, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In the slow cooker, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
02 - Add the uncooked penne pasta and stir to combine. Make sure the pasta is submerged in the liquid.
03 - Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the pasta is cooked to your liking.
04 - Stir in the fresh spinach and Parmesan cheese until the spinach wilts and the cheese melts.
05 - Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
