Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets (approximately 170g each)
02 - 60ml honey
03 - 60ml soy sauce
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
06 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
07 - 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
08 - Sesame seeds for garnish
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
02 - Place the salmon fillets in the slow cooker and pour the honey garlic mixture over them.
03 - Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
04 - Serve garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, alongside steamed rice or vegetables.
