Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka (Print Version)

01 - 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 1 onion, chopped
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tbsp ginger, grated
05 - 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
06 - 1 cup coconut milk
07 - 2 tbsp garam masala
08 - 1 tsp cumin
09 - 1 tsp paprika
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste

11 - Fresh cilantro, for garnish
12 - Cooked basmati rice or naan, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - In the slow cooker, combine chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato sauce, coconut milk, garam masala, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
02 - Stir to coat the chicken evenly with the spices and sauce.
03 - Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
04 - Before serving, stir the tikka masala and adjust seasoning if necessary. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
05 - Serve hot over basmati rice or with naan bread.
