Shamrock Shake Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup half-and-half
02 - 3 tablespoons mint simple syrup
03 - ¾ cup ice
04 - 1 double-shot espresso
05 - Vanilla cold foam, to taste
06 - Green sprinkles, for garnish
07 - 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a tall glass, stir together the half-and-half and mint simple syrup. Add the ice, and gently stir.
02 - Slowly pour the espresso over the top of the mixture.
03 - Pour the vanilla cold foam over the latte.
04 - Garnish with green sprinkles and a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.
