01 - 1 can (3.75 ounce) sardines, drained
02 - 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
03 - 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
04 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
05 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
06 - 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
07 - Hot sauce to taste (optional)
08 - Seasoning salt to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Drain the sardines thoroughly and transfer to a medium mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, chopped red onion, parsley, dill, lemon pepper seasoning, hot sauce (if using), and seasoning salt.
02 - Using a fork, mash all ingredients together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings or mayonnaise amount according to preference.
03 - Serve the sardine salad on bread as a sandwich, in lettuce wraps, or with fresh tomatoes on the side.
