03 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Sweeteners & Dairy

04 - 1-2 tsp honey or sugar (to taste)
05 - 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
06 - Ice cubes

→ Garnish

07 - Fresh raspberries
08 - Ground cinnamon for dusting

# Instructions:

01 - Steep 2 chai tea bags (or 2 teaspoons of loose-leaf chai) in 2 cups of hot water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
02 - Blend fresh raspberries with a teaspoon of honey or sugar until smooth. For a smoother texture, strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.
03 - In a mixing glass, combine the chilled chai tea, vanilla extract, and raspberry puree. Stir thoroughly to integrate all flavors.
04 - Fill a serving glass with ice cubes. Pour the raspberry chai mixture over the ice, then slowly add milk to create a layered effect.
05 - Top with fresh raspberries and a light dusting of cinnamon. Stir before drinking to combine all elements.

# Notes:

01 - This refreshing drink can be prepared up to 48 hours in advance without the milk for quick serving.
02 - For a stronger chai flavor, increase steeping time to 7-8 minutes.
