Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 bananas, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
02 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
03 - 1 tablespoon butter
04 - 2 tablespoons honey, preferably raw

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium frying pan, combine the cinnamon, butter, and honey. Place over medium-high heat and stir until butter is completely melted and ingredients are fully integrated.
02 - Add banana slices to the pan in a single layer. Cook undisturbed for approximately 4 minutes, until the underside turns golden brown. Watch heat carefully to prevent burning.
03 - Using a spatula, carefully flip each banana slice. Continue cooking for an additional 4 minutes until the second side achieves a golden brown, caramelized appearance.
04 - Immediately remove bananas from the pan. Serve hot as a topping over ice cream, yogurt, pancakes, or French toast.
