Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut heavy-duty aluminum foil into 30 x 35 cm rectangles and lay them out on the counter.

Place a salmon fillet in the center of each foil sheet. Divide asparagus and tomatoes evenly around the salmon. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.

Brush half of the marinade onto the salmon fillets. Pour the remaining mixture over the asparagus and tomatoes.

Fold the foil over the fish and pinch the edges together to seal, leaving room for steam circulation. Place packets on a rimmed baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Carefully unwrap the foil packets and garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley before serving.
