Creamy Matcha Coconut Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 400 ml coconut milk (1 can)
02 - 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
03 - 2-3 tablespoons granulated Stevia, to taste
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - ½ cup fresh baby spinach leaves
06 - 1-2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
07 - 1-2 cups ice cubes (7-14 cubes)

# Instructions:

01 - Place the coconut milk, frozen cauliflower, stevia, vanilla, spinach leaves and matcha powder in your blender. Blend until completely smooth.
02 - Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth again.
03 - Pour into glasses and garnish with a light dusting of matcha powder before serving.
