01 -
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 -
Boil water in a large pot. Once water has reached a rapid boil, add the macaroni noodles and cook until al dente, approximately 8 minutes. Drain noodles in a strainer and return to pot. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, stir well to coat noodles and set aside.
03 -
In a medium-sized pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add heavy cream, garlic, salt and all cheeses. Stir well to combine. Create a cornstarch slurry using corn starch and 2 tablespoons of water. Pour this mixture into the pot and continue stirring until the cheeses completely melt and the sauce becomes creamy and thickened.
04 -
In a small bowl, reserve ¾ cup of the cheese sauce for spreading on the pizza dough. Combine the remaining sauce with the macaroni noodles and mix thoroughly.
05 -
Spread pizza dough on prepared or non-stick pizza pans and pre-bake for 5 minutes.
06 -
Spoon macaroni and cheese mixture onto the pre-baked pizza dough and sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top of each pizza. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
