Lavender Chocolate Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 170g white chocolate chips
02 - 1 tsp coconut oil or shortening
03 - 3 drops lavender candy oil
04 - A few drops oil-based purple food coloring

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil either in a microwave (using 20-second intervals, stirring between each) or on the stovetop using a double boiler method until completely melted.
02 - Once melted, incorporate the lavender oil and purple food coloring.
03 - Gently stir until fully combined with no visible color streaks.
04 - Transfer the chocolate mixture into a disposable piping bag and cut off the tip.
05 - Line a small baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper. Pipe small dots onto the prepared sheet to resemble chocolate chips.
06 - Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes or until completely solid.
07 - Carefully detach the chocolate chips from the paper (you can flex the paper to help release them). Transfer to an airtight container until ready to use.
