Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil either in a microwave (using 20-second intervals, stirring between each) or on the stovetop using a double boiler method until completely melted.

Once melted, incorporate the lavender oil and purple food coloring.

Gently stir until fully combined with no visible color streaks.

Transfer the chocolate mixture into a disposable piping bag and cut off the tip.

Line a small baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper. Pipe small dots onto the prepared sheet to resemble chocolate chips.

Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes or until completely solid.

Carefully detach the chocolate chips from the paper (you can flex the paper to help release them). Transfer to an airtight container until ready to use.
