# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 340g salmon, cut into 2-3 fillet strips
02 - 1 pinch cayenne pepper
03 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ Sauce

04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 1 tablespoon warm water
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced

→ Cooking & Garnish

08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 1/2 lemon, sliced into wedges
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Season salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
02 - In a small bowl, combine honey, warm water, apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice), and a pinch of salt. Stir until well mixed.
03 - Heat an oven-safe skillet over high heat. Add olive oil and pan-fry salmon skin-side down for 1 minute. Flip and cook for another minute, then return to skin-side down position.
04 - Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until slightly browned. Pour in the honey mixture and add lemon wedges to the skillet.
05 - Allow the sauce to simmer and reduce until it becomes sticky and coats the salmon.
06 - For a caramelized finish, place the skillet under the broiler for 1 minute until the surface becomes slightly charred.
07 - Sprinkle chopped parsley over the salmon and serve immediately with the reduced sauce.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use center-cut salmon fillets of even thickness.
02 - The sauce can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
