Homemade Big Mac Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Burger Components

01 - 4 sesame seed burger buns, split
02 - 8 thin beef patties (55 g each)
03 - 4 slices American cheese
04 - 240 g chopped lettuce
05 - 4 tablespoons minced onion
06 - Pickle slices

→ Special Sauce

07 - 120 g mayonnaise
08 - 2 tablespoons French dressing
09 - 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
10 - 1 tablespoon finely minced white onion
11 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
12 - 1 teaspoon sugar
13 - 1/8 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet pickle relish, minced white onion, white vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated. Cover and refrigerate until assembly.
02 - Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the thin beef patties with salt and pepper. Cook each patty for approximately 2 minutes per side until properly seared and cooked through.
03 - Lightly toast all bun sections (tops, middles, and bottoms) until golden brown.
04 - Spread a generous amount of special sauce on all cut sides of the buns. On the bottom bun, layer chopped lettuce, American cheese, a beef patty, minced onions, and pickle slices. Place the middle bun section on top, then repeat the same layering process. Crown with the top bun section.
05 - Serve immediately alongside your preferred sides such as french fries or a beverage.

# Notes:

01 - For authentic flavor, allow the special sauce to chill for at least 30 minutes before assembly.
02 - Pressing the beef patties thin helps recreate the classic fast-food texture.
