04 - Apricot jam (for glazing)

# Instructions:

01 - Spoon pastry cream or custard into each tart shell, spreading evenly.
02 - Top with neatly arranged slices of fresh fruit and berries in a decorative pattern.
03 - Gently heat apricot jam until slightly thinned, then brush a light glaze over the fruit for a shiny finish.
04 - Refrigerate until set, approximately 30 minutes, and serve chilled.
