# Ingredients:

01 - 8 slices of bread
02 - 1 cup strawberries, chopped
03 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened

08 - 1 cup breadcrumbs

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the chopped strawberries until well combined.
02 - Spread the cream cheese mixture onto four slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices to form sandwiches. Press down gently to secure.
03 - In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk. Place the breadcrumbs in another shallow dish.
04 - Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated. Then, press the sandwiches into the breadcrumbs, coating evenly.
