French Onion Soup Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup long grain rice (not instant)
02 - 10 oz (295 ml) Campbell's French Onion Soup
03 - 10 oz (295 ml) beef broth
04 - 115 g (1/2 cup) butter, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). In a 20x20 cm (8×8 inch) baking dish, combine the rice, French onion soup and beef broth.
02 - Arrange the butter slices evenly on top of the rice mixture.
03 - Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
04 - Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 20-25 minutes, until the rice is tender and all liquid has been absorbed.
05 - Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - This savory rice dish makes an excellent side for roasted meats or can be enjoyed as a simple main course with a green salad.
