# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken breast, mayonnaise, curry powder, chopped celery, raisins or dried cranberries, and slivered almonds. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting curry powder according to preference.
02 - Lightly toast the bread slices to enhance texture and prevent the filling from making the bread soggy.
03 - Spread a generous layer of the curried chicken salad onto half of the bread slices. Top with the remaining bread slices and press gently.
04 - Cut sandwiches into squares or decorative shapes for elegant presentation and easy handling at tea parties or gatherings.
