Cucumber Tea Sandwiches (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - Thinly sliced white bread

→ Filling

02 - English cucumbers, thinly sliced
03 - Cream cheese, softened
04 - Fresh dill, finely chopped
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Remove the crusts from the bread slices if desired. Spread a thin layer of softened cream cheese on each slice.
02 - Lay thin slices of cucumber evenly over half of the bread slices.
03 - Sprinkle the cucumber layer with freshly chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
04 - Top with the remaining bread slices, press gently, and cut into traditional shapes such as triangles or rectangles.
05 - Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

# Notes:

01 - These sandwiches are best made a few hours before serving, but not too far in advance as the bread can become soggy.
