# Instructions:

01 - Peel the onions and trim off the tops. Carefully cut into each onion to create petals, ensuring to leave the root end intact to hold the petals together.
02 - In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. For an added kick, sprinkle in a pinch of cayenne pepper.
03 - In another bowl, whisk eggs and buttermilk until well blended, creating a smooth egg wash for coating.
04 - Dip each onion into the seasoned flour mixture, ensuring all petals are coated. Next, dip into the egg mixture, followed by a thorough coating with breadcrumbs.
05 - Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F). Lightly spray the coated onions with cooking spray to enhance crispiness. Arrange them in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
