Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup cottage cheese
02 - 1/4 cup grated mozzarella
03 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ Toppings

05 - 1/2 cup marinara sauce
06 - 20g ham, diced
07 - 30g pineapple, diced
08 - 1 tablespoon grated mozzarella

→ Garnish

09 - 1 slice bread, cubed (or croutons/pita chips)
10 - Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cottage cheese, grated mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a heat-safe bowl. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
02 - Spread marinara sauce over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with additional mozzarella and distribute diced ham and pineapple evenly across the top.
03 - Choose your cooking method: microwave on high for 2 minutes, air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes, or oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Cook until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
04 - While the pizza bowl cooks, toast bread and cut into small cubes. If using an air fryer, place bread cubes alongside the pizza bowl during cooking.
05 - Carefully remove from heat, top with bread cubes and a sprinkle of red chili flakes if desired. Serve immediately while hot.
