# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 150°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - Carefully separate eggs, placing yolks in one bowl and whites in another. Ensure egg whites are completely free of yolk.
03 - Add cream of tartar to egg whites. Using an electric mixer, whip on high speed until stiff peaks form, approximately 3-5 minutes.
04 - In the bowl with egg yolks, combine cottage cheese, baking powder, almond flour (if using), salt, garlic powder, and onion powder (if using). Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
05 - Gently fold whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture using a spatula. Maintain air in the egg whites by folding just until combined, avoiding overmixing.
06 - Scoop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 6-8 round discs with space between each for slight spreading during baking.
07 - Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch. Test doneness by gently tapping the tops.
