Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower. Cut it into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.

Steam the riced cauliflower for about 4-5 minutes until soft. Let it cool slightly, then use a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out excess moisture.

In a bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a round or rectangular crust about 0.6 cm (1/4 inch) thick.

Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until it's golden and firm. Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
