Savory Cauliflower Pizza Crust (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced (about 2-3 cups)
02 - 1 large egg
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower. Cut it into florets and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
03 - Steam the riced cauliflower for about 4-5 minutes until soft. Let it cool slightly, then use a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out excess moisture.
04 - In a bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
05 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a round or rectangular crust about 0.6 cm (1/4 inch) thick.
06 - Bake the crust for 20 minutes, or until it's golden and firm. Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
07 - Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
