Carrot Smoothie with Ginger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup Greek yogurt
02 - 1 large carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
04 - 2 tablespoons nut butter
05 - 1 tablespoon granulated Stevia (or another no-carb sweetener)
06 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon
07 - 2 cups ice
08 - ½ cup water (if needed)

# Instructions:

01 - Add the yogurt, carrot, ginger, nut butter, stevia, and cinnamon to your blender.
02 - Blend until completely smooth. If necessary, add water to help it blend.
03 - Add the ice and blend on high until completely smooth.
