Boozy Pina Colada Ice Pops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
02 - ½ cup pineapple juice
03 - 1 cup canned coconut cream (solid part only)
04 - 1 cup rum
05 - Juice from 1 lime
06 - ¼ cup maple syrup, plus extra to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Combine pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice, maple syrup, and rum in a blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
02 - Taste the mixture and add additional maple syrup if desired for sweetness.
03 - Pour mixture into disposable ice pop molds. Lay flat in freezer for at least 6 hours until completely frozen.

01 - For best results, ensure pops freeze for the full 6 hours before serving.
