Slice two strawberries lengthwise completely in half, keeping stems intact. Hull and slice the remaining strawberries and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer to cream together until smooth and fluffy.

Add milk and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Mix again until fully incorporated and smooth. Set aside.

Break apart ladyfingers and arrange a layer on the bottom of each serving cup or jar.

Carefully spoon a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers in each cup.

Arrange a layer of sliced strawberries over the cream layer.

Add another layer of broken ladyfingers followed by another layer of cream cheese mixture.

Top with a generous layer of fresh blueberries.

Finish each trifle with a half strawberry on top. Optionally add extra berries and whipped cream for decoration.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate if not serving immediately to allow flavors to meld.
