# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

→ Vegetables

02 - 2 cups broccoli florets
03 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced

→ Sauce

04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
05 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
08 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch (or keto-friendly thickener)
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Cooking Oil

10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Add the sliced beef and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until veggies are bright and tender-crisp.
04 - Return the beef to the skillet, mix well with the vegetables, and cook for another minute to heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Enjoy your delicious beef and broccoli stir-fry over cauliflower rice or on its own!

# Notes:

01 - For a more authentic flavor, use a wok if available. The high sides allow for better tossing of ingredients.
02 - Slice beef against the grain for maximum tenderness.
