# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ripe bananas, peeled
02 - 125 grams (1 cup) pancake mix
03 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 175 milliliters (¾ cup) milk
05 - Vegetable oil, sufficient for deep frying
06 - Confectioner’s sugar, for garnishing

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, mash the peeled bananas with a fork until smooth and lump-free.
02 - Add pancake mix and ground cinnamon to the mashed bananas. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking continuously to create a smooth, cohesive batter without dry spots.
03 - Heat enough oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, carefully spoon about one tablespoon of batter per fritter into the skillet.
04 - Fry the fritters until golden-brown on both sides and cooked thoroughly, approximately 2-3 minutes per side. Monitor closely to avoid overcooking.
05 - Transfer the fritters to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
