Combine ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, olive oil, and all seasonings in a mixing bowl until thoroughly incorporated.

Using clean hands, roll the mixture into approximately 30 small balls of equal size. Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
