Anytime Baked Chicken Meatballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 1 pound ground chicken or turkey

→ Binding Agents

02 - 1 egg
03 - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

→ Fats

05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)

→ Seasonings

06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - Black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
02 - Combine ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, olive oil, and all seasonings in a mixing bowl until thoroughly incorporated.
03 - Using clean hands, roll the mixture into approximately 30 small balls of equal size. Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
