Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place wheel of brie on a parchment lined baking sheet, keeping it in the wooden container if it came in one.

Using a sharp knife, slice a crosshatch pattern across the top of the brie.

Spread fig jam evenly across the top of the wheel of brie. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and fresh thyme leaves.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the inside is gooey and melted. Test by gently pressing on the top of the rind with a spoon to feel if it is soft inside.

Serve warm with sliced crusty French baguette, crackers, or crostini.
