Bahama Mama Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Frozen Fruits

01 - 1 1/2 cups (225 g) frozen strawberries
02 - 1 1/2 cups (225 g) frozen pineapple

→ Liquids & Sweeteners

03 - 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk
04 - 1 to 2 tablespoons agave syrup

→ Additional

05 - 2 tablespoons (30 g) white chocolate, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Add the coconut milk, white chocolate, and agave syrup to the bottom of a high-powered blender. Pulse to chop the chocolate.
02 - Add the frozen strawberries and pineapple to the blender. If using a standard blender, allow strawberries to defrost for 10 minutes to soften and cut large fruits in half.
03 - Blend everything for 30 seconds until the texture is completely smooth and creamy. Pulse as needed to ensure all frozen fruits are well incorporated.
04 - Pour into a glass. Optionally garnish with fresh fruit and chocolate sprinkles and enjoy immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Coconut milk can be substituted with any milk of choice
02 - Agave syrup can be replaced with honey or maple syrup
03 - For a smoother texture in standard blenders, allow frozen fruits to slightly defrost
