# Ingredients:

01 - 1 loaf French bread, sliced in half lengthwise

02 - 2 medium chicken breasts, diced
03 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
04 - 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, thinly sliced (about 4 mushrooms)
05 - 340g cream cheese

06 - 3/4 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
07 - 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Honey Dijon Marinade/Sauce

09 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
10 - 2 tablespoons honey
11 - 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
12 - 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
13 - 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
14 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
15 - 2 tablespoons sour cream
16 - 1/2 teaspoon Cajun spice
17 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk all Honey Dijon Marinade/Sauce ingredients together in a medium bowl. Transfer two tablespoons of the marinade to a freezer bag with the diced chicken. Marinate for 30 minutes to 8 hours in the refrigerator. Store the remaining sauce separately in the refrigerator.
02 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until thoroughly cooked through. Stir in one tablespoon of the reserved Honey Dijon Sauce and set aside.
04 - Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and heat at 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth. Whisk in 2 tablespoons of the reserved Honey Dijon Sauce until well combined.
05 - Spread the Honey Dijon cream cheese mixture evenly over each half of the French bread. Layer with mushrooms, followed by the cooked chicken. Sprinkle evenly with Monterey jack, cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses. Top with crumbled bacon.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly golden.
07 - Drizzle each French bread pizza with any remaining Honey Dijon sauce. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired before serving.
