Sweet Sour Spicy Cauliflower Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cauliflower head (approximately 460 grams), cut into bite-sized florets
02 - 2 teaspoons peanut oil

→ Sauce

03 - 3 to 4 tablespoons ketchup
04 - 2 tablespoons sriracha, or to taste
05 - 1 teaspoon brown sugar
06 - ⅛ teaspoon salt

→ Garnish

07 - 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes according to manual instructions.
02 - Cut the cauliflower into medium bite-sized florets, ensuring they are not too small.
03 - Drizzle peanut oil over the cauliflower florets and use your hands to coat them evenly.
04 - Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket, spreading them evenly. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes, tossing halfway through at the 4-minute mark.
05 - While the cauliflower is cooking, combine ketchup, sriracha, brown sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
06 - Transfer the partially cooked cauliflower to the sauce bowl and toss until all florets are evenly coated.
07 - Return the coated cauliflower to the air fryer basket. Cook at 370°F (188°C) for 16 minutes, tossing once halfway through.
08 - For crispier bites, continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure cauliflower florets are roughly the same size for even cooking.
02 - Adjust sriracha amount to control the spice level according to your preference.
