Watermelon Pudding Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 package coconut cream pudding mix
02 - 1 package green Jello mix
03 - Pink food coloring
04 - Chocolate chips

→ Optional Add-ins

05 - Watermelon extract
06 - Watermelon gummy candies

# Instructions:

01 - Pour green Jello into the bottom of each serving cup, filling approximately 1/4 of the way full.
02 - Refrigerate cups for about 2 hours, or until Jello layer completely sets.
03 - Prepare pudding according to package instructions. Incorporate 2-3 drops of pink food coloring until achieving a bright watermelon-pink hue. If using watermelon extract, fold it in at this stage.
04 - Layer the pink pudding on top of the set Jello until each cup is nearly full.
05 - Place 4 to 5 chocolate chips on top of each pudding cup to represent watermelon seeds.
06 - If desired, add watermelon gummy candies as a decorative and flavorful garnish.

# Notes:

01 - For best visual effect, ensure the Jello layer is completely set before adding the pudding layer.
02 - These pudding cups can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and kept refrigerated.
