# Ingredients:

01 - 110g strawberries
02 - 30g banana
03 - 30g vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
04 - 1 teaspoon flaxseed
05 - Water, as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Combine strawberries, banana, vanilla protein powder, and flaxseed in a blender. Process until thoroughly mixed.
02 - Start with a small amount of water and gradually add more until desired thickness is achieved.
03 - Pour into a glass and serve over ice, or use frozen berries for a thicker, slush-like consistency.
