Spiral Stuffed Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough

→ Filling

02 - 170g cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons salted butter, softened
04 - 1 cup chopped ham
05 - 3/4 cup finely chopped broccoli
06 - 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
07 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
08 - 1/2 cup chopped green onion

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
02 - Press pizza dough out into a large rectangle approximately 30 x 40 cm (12 x 16 inches).
03 - In a small bowl, blend together the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth and fully combined.
04 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Distribute the chopped ham, broccoli, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and green onion in even layers across the surface.
05 - Roll the dough tightly into a log, pinching the seam to seal. Slice the roll into 12 equal pieces, each about 2.5 cm (1 inch) thick.
06 - Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and cheese is bubbling.

# Notes:

01 - These rolls can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking. Just add 5 minutes to the baking time if cooking from cold.
02 - Homemade pizza dough can be substituted for the refrigerated version.
