Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

Press pizza dough out into a large rectangle approximately 30 x 40 cm (12 x 16 inches).

In a small bowl, blend together the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth and fully combined.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Distribute the chopped ham, broccoli, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and green onion in even layers across the surface.

Roll the dough tightly into a log, pinching the seam to seal. Slice the roll into 12 equal pieces, each about 2.5 cm (1 inch) thick.

Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
